• AI-powered Q&A feature ("Ask Loafy")
• Educational content about sourdough baking
• Progress tracking with achievements and badges

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to offer paid premium features in the future.

3. Use Without an Account

You can use Loafy's guided journeys, timers, and calculators without creating an account. Your progress will be stored locally in your browser. Creating an account enables additional features like the Bake Journal and syncing your progress across devices.

4. Registration and User Account

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You need a valid email address
• You must provide truthful information
• You must accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Choose a strong password, do not share it with others, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content you create in Loafy (bake logs, notes, photos) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it as part of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Educational Purpose

The guidance provided is for educational purposes based on The Sourdough Framework methodology. Results may vary based on your ingredients, environment, and technique. Baking is both a science and an art - use your judgment and senses along with our guidance. Always follow food safety guidelines.

7. AI Features

The "Ask Loafy" feature uses artificial intelligence to answer your baking questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information and use your own judgment when baking.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the application, including design, code, texts, and trademarks, remain with Allonsy GmbH. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes.

The Sourdough Framework content is available under open-source licensing at the-sourdough-framework.com.

9. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time. For permanent discontinuation, we will provide advance notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Use of Loafy is at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

For free provision of the service, we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to damage to life, body, or health.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

12.1 Termination by You

You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed.

13. Changes to Terms
